#ShareGoodness And A Few More Super Cool Things I Forgot!

Okay so our Mission President showed us the movie trailer for this movie the church is putting out called "Meet The Mormons" He also invited us to share it with our family and friends and have you guys share it with your family and friends, THIS IS GOING TO BE IN THEATERS! Its not a normal Mormon Message like the church does! Along with these lines of using social media to share our beliefs with others I also strongly suggest you watch the Education week talk given this past week by Elder Bednar! He goes into great detail about how we can share our beliefs with all our family and friends in creative ways as well as using the internet for good! Those of you who were my Facebook friends/ Twitter Followers, know that this is what I tried to do with my accounts, to try and bring a ray of sunshine and light a midst all the pointless drama of the world! I encourage you all to do the same! Also! In September we find out when we will be getting our iPads! (Oh Happy Day!) and when we do we are become a Facebook mission and I will be once again trying to use the internet for good! Anyways I love you all and I look forward to hearing about the amazing things that happen when you share the Gospel with those you know and love!

Its been a while… AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY KACY I LOVE YOU!

Sorry I did not write last week! I didn’t really have a lot to share and kind of felt like nobody read it! haha but after being told of the uproar that went on because of the absence of a letter I apologize! But that is what the gospel of Jesus Christ is about! Repenting and making changes!

Now that I have repented time for the change!

The last few weeks have been and up and downs! Last week was pretty good! We have been working with a family that just moved into town that has wanted to come back to church! Love them they are an awesome family! We have been helping Elmer, our Amish investigator build his house! Last week we put up rain gutters and this week we helped sweep and clean out the rooms of the random pieces of siding and such! It reminded me a lot of working in Hawaii on the dorms! This last week we had Zone Conference! I LOVED IT! President and Sister Daines are just amazing! They talked to us about being consecrated missionaries, how we need to put everything aside and focus on the Lord’s work! I definitely could be better at this! It is something I am working on, Satan can be a real pain at times that is for dang sure! Overall Zone Conference had been just what I needed to carry on! I love this work and each day it is confirmed to me over and over that this really is the work of the Lord and that this is the true church of Jesus Christ! I am so grateful for the chance I have to serve our Heavenly Father and our Redeemer Jesus Christ!

Last but not least! HAPPY BIRTHDAY KACY! For those of you who don’t know her, this is one of my best friends, Kacy! She has always been an amazing friend! She is caring but isn’t afraid to tell it like it is, and give me a slapping around or two when I needed some shaping up! She has always stuck by me even when I have been a poo-poo head and have been a cruddy friend! Thank you for being there and for your example! I love you! (I would have just written this to her in an email BUUUT I don’t have her email address *cough cough*)

Anyways I love you all just as much and I am grateful for your love and support! You are all such a blessing to me! I pray for you all daily and hope you all are well! I just want to leave you all with a challenge to go out and serve someone this week! It doesn’t have to be a huge task but just serve someone. Service is the only way to love!

#TempleChallenge and staying in Kenton!

Hello one and all! I hope everyone’s week is going super well!

This week has been pretty good! On Sunday we had the Stake Priesthood Session where they talked about Elder Neil L. Andersen’s challenge to the Youth to take their own temple names to the temple! This is so cool! All the youth should sign up and do this! What an awesome chance to do missionary work for those on the other side of the veil! Anyways I just thought that was cool!

On Tuesday, Elder Oringdulph and I (We were on exchanges) had breakfast with some of the pastors from the other churches in town! That was super sweet! Every Tuesday morning they have breakfast at the local Subway and last week the Methodist pastor saw us and invited us to come to that! So we are going to do that every week and talk to them! Super cool!

Today we got our transfer doctrine and I am staying in Kenton for another 6 weeks but my companion is leaving! He has been here since January so I will be getting a new companion tomorrow! That will be exciting!

Last week we helped Elmer shoe horses which was super cool! I love being around the horses! So fun! Anyways time is running short! I will write more next week! I love you all and I hope y’all have an amazing week!

OH! RHETT I HEAR YOU HAVE SOME THINGS TO SHARE WITH ME!

That is all! I love you all!
